Fit 4 Life Boot Camp

Fit 4 Life Boot Camps offer an amazing group fitness experience.  If you have never been to a fitness Boot Camp class before, prepare to be pushed harder than you have ever been pushed before.  Our Fit 4 Life Boot Camps offer a variety of challenges both mentally and physically including strength, speed, and stamina.  We are going to challenge your body and mind for a full 60 minutes. 

Fit 4 Life Boot Camps are open and available to all fitness levels.   We offer both beginner and advanced level classes.  Your level will be determined at the very first class.

Class Structure

Regardless of whether you are participating in the Beginner or the Advanced class, all classes will be formatted the same way.

  • Warm-up (5 minutes)
  • Active stretching (3 minutes)
  • Mixture of High Intensity Interval Training with strength and cardio, team exercises and independent exercises.  Failure to complete exercise sets will ensure further attention from trainers.
  • Active Cool Down (8 minutes)
